This policy explains the conditions under which you can cancel a booking or request a refund made through the 99poojas.in website.

Cancellations & Refunds

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before the pooja or service has started. To cancel, please contact our support team with your booking details.

If the cancellation request is approved, 25% of the total booking amount will be deducted as service and processing charges.

The remaining 75% amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Service Provider Unavailability

In rare cases where the assigned pandit or service provider is unable to perform the scheduled pooja due to unforeseen circumstances, 99poojas will offer you one of the following options:

Reschedule the pooja at a mutually convenient time, or

Cancel the booking and receive a full refund, with no deductions.

Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

The pooja or service has already started or been completed.

Cancellation requests made after the scheduled start time.

Customer dissatisfaction after the pooja is completed as per the agreed service.

Delays or minor inconveniences caused due to external or uncontrollable factors.
