These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services offered through https://www.99poojas.com and the 99Poojas mobile app (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms include our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.99poojas.com/privacy-policy ("Privacy Policy"), and any additional guidelines, terms, policies, and disclaimers provided from time to time ("Supplemental Terms"). The Privacy Policy and Supplemental Terms are integral parts of these Terms. In case of conflict, the Supplemental Terms will prevail for the relevant Services.

These Terms form a legal contract between 99Poojas Services Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Hyderabad, and its affiliates ("99Poojas", "we", "us", or "our"), and you, a user of the Services, or any entity booking Pooja Services (defined below) on behalf of end-users ("you" or "Customer"). By using the Services, you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

By accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SERVICES

a. The Services include a Platform enabling you to arrange and schedule various pooja services with independent third-party service providers ("Service Professionals"). We facilitate payments to Service Professionals for their services.

b. Services rendered by Service Professionals are "Pooja Services". 99Poojas does not provide these services directly. Service Professionals are independent and not employees or agents of 99Poojas.

c. The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use, primarily within Hyderabad, India. Use outside this region is subject to our discretion and applicable terms.

d. Part of our Services includes communication via text, email, or other means regarding bookings and promotions. You may opt out of promotional messages but may still receive service-related communications.

• e. Identification may be required for certain Services or Pooja Services. Failure to provide this may result in service denial.

ACCOUNT CREATION

a. An account must be created to access our Services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

b. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and updating it as necessary.

• c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

USER CONTENT

a. Our Platform may allow you to post or submit content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use this content in relation to our Services.

b. We may request reviews from you about Service Professionals. False or misleading reviews are prohibited.

• c. You waive any claims related to moral rights in the User Content.

CONSENT TO USE DATA

a. We collect and use personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• b. We may share your information with affiliates or third parties for service improvement and legal compliance.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

a. Bookings can be made for Pooja Services via the Platform. We will confirm bookings through various communication means.

• b. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which may involve fees.

PRICING, FEES, AND PAYMENT

a. Charges for Pooja Services are payable to Service Professionals. 99Poojas may charge a convenience fee.

b. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, UPI, or cash. Charges and fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• c. Payments are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable laws.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

a. Discrimination against Service Professionals is prohibited. Customers are expected to provide a safe and respectful environment.

• b. Any inappropriate behavior by Service Professionals should be reported to us.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

• a. The Platform may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for these external services.

TERMINATION

a. These Terms remain effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms or other valid reasons.

• b. You may terminate these Terms by notifying us.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of Service Professionals.

• b. Our liability is limited to the commission received for a specific booking, not exceeding INR 10,000.

INDEMNITY

• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• a. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to arbitration in Hyderabad.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
